T imothy K. Palmer and the team at Elder Law Solutions focus all of their efforts on creating tailored solutions to the unique problems that arise for the elderly and their families.

Your experience with Elder Law Solutions begins with a one-on-one consultation to discuss your situation in detail. Whether your needs are related to estate planning, long-term care planning or estate administration, we will review the complications of your situation and the outcomes you would like to achieve.

Each client’s situation is unique, and we tailor cost effective and competitive solutions to each individual client or family. The fee and timelines to complete the work are established at the initial consultation.

Once you retain our services, you will work closely with Mr. Palmer and his team of experienced paralegals and legal assistants through every step of the process. Your problems are complex, and we create solutions to address them. No matter how difficult your situation, we strive to make the process simple for you.

We recognize that many of our clients are home-bound or reside in hospitals, assisted living facilities or nursing homes. Therefore, we make appointments out of the office and outside normal business hours when necessary to meet our clients’ needs. Our office is accessible to the elderly and disabled, with a first-floor office space and wide entrances. We are sensitive to any special needs that our clients may have.
